HOW DO I SETTLE MY BUYING TRANSACTIONS?

You need to fund your FirstMetroSec online trading account before you can purchase stocks.

HOW CAN I WITHDRAW MY FUNDS?

1. Log into your account using FirstMetroSec New or FirstMetroSec PRO. Withdrawal currently not available on the FirstMetroSec GO mobile app.
2. Go to ACCOUNT, then click Withdrawal Request.
3. Enter an amount.
4. Enter your password, then click NEXT.
5. Go to View Withdrawal Request to see the status of your request.

*USD withdrawal cut off: 10:00AM

• Withdrawals will be credited to your nominated settlement bank account.
• Only cleared cash can be withdrawn.
• Sell proceeds shall be made available for withdrawal after two (2) trading days.
• Bank transfer fees, if any, shall be for the client’s account.
• USD withdrawals shall be processed through a nominated dollar account:
  • For other bank depositors (except Metrobank and BDO) USD withdrawal proceeds is subject to $10 bank transfer fee and shall be for the client’s account.
  • For PHP conversion, please allow 2-3 business days processing. Check indicative foreign exchange rates here.
• Withdrawal requests received past cut-off time shall be processed on the next trading day.
