LC Stock Rights Offering

Lepanto Consolidated Mining Company (LC) declared a 1:4.685 Stock Rights Offering to its stockholders of record as of November 06, 2017.
 
Offering terms are as follows:
 
Ratio:  One (1) Right Share for every 4.685 Common shares held
Price:  Php0.15/share
Offering Period:  December 04 to 08, 2017
FMSBC Deadline: December 04, 5:00pm
Tentative Listing Date: December 18, 2017

 
Terms: You may opt to pay in FULL or Fifty percent (50%) of the total subscription shall be paid not later than December 04, 2017. The balance of the subscription price shall be paid not later than January 02, 2018, without need of a call or further notice or demand. (For administrative facility, you may issue a post dated check for this balance.)
