BDO Unibank, Inc. (BDO) declared a 1:5.095 Stock Rights Offering to its stockholders of record as of 10 January, 2017.

Offering terms are as follows: 
Ratio   :  One (1) Rights Share for every 5.095 Common shares held
                        Price   :  P83.75/share
                        FMSBC Offering Period     :  6 January 2017 –  18 January 2017
Terms  :   Account should be funded on or before 19 January 2017
Listing Date   :  January 31, 2017
